For 137 years, Fair Grounds Race Course has been a part of the cultural fabric of this wonderful city. With great pleasure, we offer our considerable experience, hospitality and unique facilities to make your occasion truly memorable.

Whether it's a group for live racing in the Clubhouse, a party in our Slots Facility or an evening party, Fair Grounds is the perfect setting to host your next event. Our strength is flexibility-we can provide settings that range from elegant to casual, reception-style to sit-down, with a view of the racetrack or downtown New Orleans.

For live racing, groups of 25 or more at Fair Grounds receive special pricing, which (except where noted) include Clubhouse admission, Clubhouse dining room seating, lunch, racing program, tax and gratuity, a race dedication for your group and a trophy presentation with complimentary photo.

Suite Packages
Fair Grounds' most deluxe accommodations, offering a private suite (Parterre Box) for groups of 20-40 in our Clubhouse. Call our group sales office for daily rental opportunities.

Business Before Fun
The Phoenix Room on the third floor of the grandstand is ideal for a morning business meeting for up to 60 people. It is a great way to start the day.

Class Reunion
The Black Gold Room in Fair Grounds' Derby Building, next to the grandstand, is the perfect place for an afternoon of racing fun or in the evening for that special get together. This room can accommodate up to 150 people.

Monday/Thursday Specials
Start the work week with our specials prepared by our chef! We offer to groups of 25 or more weekday specials during racing season.

Group prices and packages are for a minimum of 25 guests and are not available on Special Event dates (Thanksgiving Day, Louisiana Champions Day, "Road to the Derby" Kickoff Day, Louisiana Derby Preview Day, Louisiana Derby Day). Price and menu selections are subject to change.
