48 purebred Dachshunds will compete in a 30-yard dash for a share of $1,000 in cash and prizes.

Dogs selected to compete must have proof of current vaccinations and must be purebred.

A $30 non-refundable fee is required for all individual dachshund entries.
Payment will be required once the 48 finalists are notified.
